I n the summer of 2017, the dining room floor boards had gone out of their natural, level place once more. The housing corp saw fit to once again have the floors stripped, sanded, leveled and refinished for fall move in.

This project came as a result of significant damage to the dining room floors by the active chapter. Over the last few years, the floors have had to be replaced twice in the dining room, totaling $XXX in damages, funded mainly out of damage deposits and house funds. Luckily, the costs in recent years have been mainly covered by damage deposits..
